Total Window Design is a woman‑owned and family operated company built on over three decades of experience and a deep commitment to service. Mark and Kim Obrycki have been serving customers for more than 35 years, providing personalized consultations, expert installations, and meticulous attention to every measurement and repair.
Today, I’m proud to be joining the team as their niece, bringing a fresh design eye and a background in advertising and brand strategy — along with a genuine passion for learning every aspect of the window treatment industry. Together, we’re dedicated to carrying on a legacy of quality, integrity, and care, making sure every window we touch is treated like our own.

Process
Making it Simple from Start to Finish
At Total Window Design, we believe getting beautiful, custom window treatments should be an enjoyable, stress‑free experience. Here’s how we make it happen — every step of the way.
Consult & Design
We’ll meet with you — in person or virtually — to review your space, understand your needs, and help select the right products, fabrics, and finishes.
Proposal & Measure
We’ll send a detailed proposal and visual recap of your choices. If it all looks good, Mark, our expert installer, will visit to confirm precise measurements.
Order, Install & Enjoy
Once you approve, we’ll send an invoice, and in 2-3 weeks Mark will install your treatments. He’ll walk you through how to operate and care for your new shades — ensuring you’re satisfied.
